Madinet Nasr for Housing & Development (MNHD) was founded in 1959 developing master
projects over the years to serve the public with projects like the Egyptian memorial, the
6 of October panorama museum.
by the year 2006, BPE partnered up with MNHD which lead to the combination of international experience with local expertise, focusing on unlocking the potential of their huge land bank and guiding MNHD into a new era.
By 2012 Which was marked as the entry of MNHD into the gated compound
development which started with two major projects, (Taj City) and 2016 was the
launch of their second mega project (Sarai).
