New Restrictions from Mr. Tarek Shokry
Tarek Shokry, Chairman of the Real Estate Development Chamber confirmed that real estate development projects have new restrictions that guarantee the customer’s right to obtain his housing unit on time from the real estate company.
He pointed out that a real estate developers has a time problem in implementing the project with the state authority or delays in delivering the units. He will be given a period of 6 months to correct the situation. There are two penalties. The first will stop dealing with him from the state authority real estate and a warning to citizens from dealing with it.
